WE WANT TO RECOMMEND, HIGHLY, MIKE OLESNEVICH OF XTREME CAMPERS IN HIGH POINT, NC..WE HAD MANY ISSUES WITH OUR NEW CAMPER AND THE ORIGINAL DEALER DID NOT FIX ANY OF THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY STATED THEY DID...THE SLIDE WAS ADJUSTED BY ORIGINAL DEALER BECAUSE IT WORKED IT'S WAY OUT, THEY TIGHTENED IT TOO TIGHT...MIKE ADJUSTED IT AND EVEN SHOWED US HOW FOR A SMOOTH, UNBINDING IN AND OUT.... WE HAVE AN INTERNAL CABLE PROBLEM AND HE SPENT OVER 4 HOURS, ON THE PHONE WITH LANCE, WINEGUARD AND REPLACED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE...HE THOUGHT AND WE THOUGHT IT WAS FIXED, BUT WHEN WE GOT HOME AND HOOKED IT UP AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTED...A PHONE CALL AND HE IS WORKING ON IT AGAIN..WE HAVE PURCHASED 12 RV CAMPERS IN THE PAST YEARS AND HE IS THE ONLY DEALER WHO TOOK THE TIME, PATIENCE AND GAVE A HONEST CONCENTRATED EFFORT TO ALL OUR CONCERNS...WE DROVE 445 MILES ONE WAY AND IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP...SINCERELY DOT & BILL LANCE CAMPERS
July 09, Hi, Mike. Well, we are back from our 5 week road trip out west with our 4 Wheel Camper. I will send a picture in the next letter. All went well and we enjoyed it so much. When we returned to our house, I slept out in the camper for two nights because I couldn't stand to be inside. We are taking a break but hope to do some short trips around here and then another long one out to the southwest. Highlights of this trip were Arches National Park near Moab, Utah, and the Redwoods of California. We also loved spending about a week on the CA, OR, and WA coasts. Best we can tell, because we ordered a shell version for our Toyota Tacoma, we got an average of 25 mpg. We drove 7700 miles in all! We met and talked to two other Eagle camper people and it was fun to compare notes.

Mike, We had a great time. Being able to get up in the morning and go to fishing was great. I would recommend anyone wanting a slide in camper to see you. You were great you work with and solved a small problem we had with the camper very quickly. Also you took your day off to put the camper and hookups on my truck so I could travel the days I wanted to. Again thanks for everything you did for us.

Mike, It was a pleasure doing business with you. You and your friendly staff were able to answer all our questions when we saw you at the Mid-Atlantic Truck Camper Rally. I feel i was offered a very fair price for my trade and we could not be happier with our new Lance 981. I know there will always be some little something that will need attention after delivery and during the warranty period, that was the case with us. But the fast service and genuine concern for our satisfaction with the camper was evident when you called around to get our problem taken care of while we were on our vacation at the Outer Banks.
